RESERVATION POLICY FOR THE APARTMENTS

Rates for your stay at our guesthouse are adjusted according to the specific dates and the duration of your stay.

To secure a booking, a down payment is required via bank transfer, the amount of which is determined upon prior communication.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE APARTMENTS

If you cancel at least 15 days before the arrival date, there is no charge and the down payment is fully refunded.

If you cancel less than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be forfeited.

BOOKING INFORMATION

The use of machinery that causes noise or disturbance to neighbors is not permitted. Additionally, parties and events are strictly prohibited.
